Mr. Garcia has over 30 years of successful media management experience for companies such as Gannett (VP of Gannett West Newspaper Group and Editor/Publisher of The Tucson Citizen), CapCities/ABC (Director of Newsroom Operations of The Kansas City Star), Publisher of The Knoxville Journal, member of the coordinating and consolidation team and Editor of The San Bernardino Sun for The LA Newspaper Group, and President of Gregory Welteroth Advertising, Inc.

Michael Foudy, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Foudy has diverse experience in public affairs, integrated marketing communications, strategic planning, management, entrepreneurship, finance, writing and broadcasting. He was a member of the management team that built the largest marketing communication company in the southwestern United States during the 1980s. Mr. Foudy currently serves on the boards of several marketing communications firms.

B. Joseph Vincent, Vice Chairman of the Board
Mr. Vincent serves as Vice Chairman of The Neighborhood Marketing Institute, IPG Integrated Power Group, Plc., and netVillage.com Incorporated. His strategic practice includes serving such personal consulting clients as St. Joe/Arvida, UCI Web Group, Inc., and The Communications Group, Inc. Mr. Vincent was a founder, Executive Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer of Businesship International, Inc., a $3.5 billion shareholder owned, multi-national investment holding company with major equities in information, education, distributive services, and hospitality related industries.

Patrick J. Summers, CFO and Controller
Patrick Summers is a highly regarded business management and accounting consultant in the Washington, DC area and has served clients in many business sectors over the past decade. Mr. Summers served as Vice President for Operations and later as Chief Financial Officer at News USA, Inc. during a 10-year association with the public relations services company. He holds a Master of Science degree with extensive study in management theory and management systems.
