AIMS WORLDWIDE
TO PURCHASE TARGET AMERICA, INC.

FAIRFAX, Va.—April 20, 2004—AIMS Worldwide, Inc. (OTC BB: AMWW) a vertically integrated marketing services, communication and media property company, announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Target America, Inc. Target America is a private ‘digital’ marketing consulting group headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia that provides databased services for fundraising, one-to-one marketing managers and purpose-specific marketers. Upon completion of due diligence by all parties, AIMS and Target America intend to enter into a definitive agreement that will result in Target America becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of AIMS Worldwide.

“As a member of AIMS’ core family of companies, we expect Target America to help nonprofit organizations broaden their donor bases and tap into the $180 billion-plus individual Americans contribute to charity,” says AIMS president and CEO Gerald Garcia Jr. “We also intend to expand the program to other marketers who are looking to create one-to-one relationships that result in greater levels of market penetration.”

Target America founder and CEO James F. McGee agrees. “Our database management tools and expertise enhance annual giving programs, planned gifts, event participation, membership management, giving club movement, patient programs, major gift acquisition and capital campaigns in every nonprofit space.” McGee, who will continue to serve as president and CEO, also notes, “AIMS materially expands our ‘digital’ marketing practice into the commercial world of one-to-one relationships.”

AIMS Worldwide is a publicly-held company and an emerging leader in designing, developing and managing one-to-one marketing solutions at the lowest possible cost to large and mid-sized businesses. AIMS is accelerating its growth by targeting and acquiring a group of media and marketing communications companies. AIMS recently acquired ATB Media and completed a technology license agreement with Advocast, Inc. in Washington, DC. The company has also signed letters of intent to acquire Harrell Woodcock Linkletter, a private strategy, planning and marketing consulting group based in Ft. Pierce, Florida; the assets of Prime Time Cable in Orlando, Florida; and a number of other companies in marketing communication services and media properties.
