AIMS Worldwide to Acquire Street Fighter Marketing

FAIRFAX, Va.—May 26, 2004—(BUSINESS WIRE)—AIMS Worldwide, Inc. (OTC BB: AMWW) a vertically-integrated marketing services, communication and media property company, announced today that, through assignment by Harrell Woodcock Linkletter, it has tendered a letter of intent to acquire Street Fighter Marketing, Inc. based in Columbus, Ohio.

Street Fighter Marketing is a leader in grassroots, block-by-block, neighborhood and community marketing, consulting, training and education services. Upon completion of due diligence by all parties, AIMS and Street Fighter Marketing expect to enter into a definitive agreement resulting in Street Fighter becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of AIMS Worldwide.

“Street Fighter Marketing provides unique, cost-effective services and the necessary ‘know-how’ to build sales, revenues and customers on a one-to-one basis,” says AIMS president and CEO Gerald Garcia Jr. “Jeff and Marc Slutsky are the epitome of Street Fighters—teaching, educating and empowering marketeers to build businesses using low-cost, one-to-one neighborhood tactics, including cross promotions, special events and internally-based creative programs.”

“Street Fighter is an unusual animal in the marketing kingdom,” says founder and president Jeff Slutsky. Street Fighter Marketing employs non-traditional strategies and micro-marketing methods to increase sales, revenues and retail traffic within a three- to five-mile radius of a local business—statistically its strongest customer base. “We are excited about our association with AIMS Worldwide, Inc. because it provides a global platform for our expansion, including building a proposed national franchise system of more than 600 Street Fighter consultants.”

The Slutsky brothers write a weekly syndicated column on business tactics for Knight Ridder and have authored a number of books and audio/video/print learning systems, including three programs on local store marketing.

AIMS Worldwide is a publicly-held company and an emerging leader in designing, developing and managing one-to-one marketing solutions at the lowest possible cost to large and mid-sized businesses. AIMS is accelerating its growth by targeting and acquiring a select group of media and marketing communications companies. AIMS recently acquired ATB Media and signed letters of intent to acquire Target America, Inc., Harrell Woodcock Linkletter and Prime Time Cable, Inc.
