Gerald Garcia Jr. Heads AIMS Worldwide;
Senior Newspaper Exec Brings
Results-Oriented Expertise to Growing Company

FAIRFAX, Virginia—(BUSINESS WIRE)—June 16, 2003—Gerald Garcia Jr., a former newspaper executive and a founding partner and director of AIMS Worldwide, Inc. (OTCBB: AMWW), has been named president and chief executive officer.

Garcia, who recently completed a 15-month stint as editor at The Southern Illinoisan in Carbondale, IL, brings more than 35 years of experience and a proven record of success to AIMS. He is the former editor and publisher of the Tucson Citizen, the Knoxville Journal and the Maryville Daily Times. He served as vice president and editor of the Houston Post between 1991 and 1995.

Garcia functioned in senior editorial management positions for Capital Cities and as regional vice president for Gannett West Newspaper Group. He was a member of the USA Today launch team and supervised the operation of its print site in Phoenix.
