AIMS Announces New Senior Management Structure

FAIRFAX, Va.— BUSINESS WIRE — July 23, 2009 — AIMS Worldwide, Inc. (OTC BB: AMWW), an integrated marketing communications consultancy providing organizations with focused marketing solutions, announced its new strategic senior management team and forward-looking structure today.

B. Joseph Vincent, a company founder and chairman of the board, has been named chairman emeritus and chief strategist. He will focus on strategy – including capital, investment and institutional community development – as well as core competency merger and acquisition corporate development.

Gerald Garcia Jr., a company founder who served as president and chief executive officer, will become chairman of the board and CEO, with a mandate to strengthen technologies, management systems, planning, reporting and compliance, in addition to his role in executive leadership and organizational development.

Thomas W. Cady, a director, is the new president and chief operating officer. He will focus on operations, operational efficiency, assimilation, cross-core competency company platform leverage, quality and growth.
