AIMS WORLDWIDE TO PURCHASE
CONTROLLING INTEREST IN PRIME TIME CABLE, INC.

FAIRFAX, VA—September 8, 2003—AIMS Worldwide, Inc. (OTCBB: AMWW) a vertically integrated marketing services, communications, and media property company, announced today that it entered into an agreement to acquire a majority of Prime Time Cable, Inc.’s cable television and broadband service business. The sale affects about 3,000 cable subscribers in and around Orlando, Florida.

AIMS Worldwide will acquire Prime Time Cable assets that provide exclusive cable television programming to subscribers in various resort and real estate developments and are capable of expanding immediately to offer broadband services including high speed Internet access, IP telephone service and in-home appliance and utility management services. The company will also design, build and manage new cable systems for external customers. The sale is expected to close before the end of the year; terms of purchase were not disclosed.

Prime Time Cable founder and president William Strickler will continue to serve the company in the role of Systems and New Technology Director. In this capacity, he will oversee technology research, engineering and construction of new systems and guide ongoing technical operations.
