Company Expands Into Media Distribution Services Market
FAIRFAX, VA—September 25, 2003— (BUSINESS WIRE)—AIMS Worldwide, Inc. (OTCBB: AMWW), a vertically integrated marketing services, communications, and media property company, announced today it has acquired all of the outstanding stock of ATB Media, Inc. in a tax-free exchange of stock. ATB Media is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of AIMS Worldwide.
