AIMS Worldwide Acquires Prime Time Cable, Inc.

FAIRFAX, VA — January 31, 2005 — AIMS Worldwide, Inc. (OTC BB: AMWW), a vertically integrated marketing services, communications and media property company, announced today that it completed its acquisition of Prime Time Cable, Inc. Prime Time is a pioneer in private cable systems and currently serves more than 3,000 households and resort rooms in premier master planned communities and major resorts in greater Orlando, Florida.

AIMS (Accurate Integrated Marketing Solutions) expects to expand subscriber services immediately to offer broadband including high speed Internet access, VOIP telephone, HDTV services, in-home appliance and utility and security management services. The company also expects to design, build and manage new cable and broadband systems for a wide range of private customers.

Veteran broadcast executive Chris Petersen has been named president and CEO of AIMS Broadband, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of AIMS Worldwide, Inc. Prime Time Cable founder William Strickler will continue to serve the company in the role of general manager for systems and new technology.
