AIMS Worldwide Completes Acquisition of Harrell Woodcock Linkletter

FAIRFAX, Va.— (BUSINESS WIRE) — April 18, 2005 — AIMS Worldwide, Inc. (OTC BB: AMWW) a vertically integrated marketing services, communications and media property company, announced today the acquisition of Harrell Woodcock Linkletter (HWL), a privately held strategy, planning and marketing consulting group.

“Harrell Woodcock Linkletter is a critical anchor acquisition in building our AIMS strategy, planning and education major business group,” said Gerald Garcia Jr., AIMS President and CEO. “It is a well respected firm with a long history in strategy, planning and consulting leadership, offering innovative new business and new market development services.” Included in the transaction are letters of intent issued by HWL to two specialty-marketing firms, which Garcia said AIMS expects to acquire later this year.

HWL managing partner David Woodcock will chair the new AIMS strategy and planning Major Business Unit (“MBU”). Woodcock’s career accomplishments include developing strategies that led to the creation of NFL Properties and instituting Inc. Magazine’s Council of Growing Companies. Other HWL founding partners include Emmy Award winning broadcast icon, author, and humorist Art Linkletter and the late Wilson Harrell, past publisher of Inc. Magazine, author of “For Entrepreneurs Only,” founder of more than 100 companies and creator of Formula 409 all-purpose liquid cleaner brand.

“Joining with AIMS Worldwide in its development of a new and results-oriented paradigm of business growth through its One-2-One marketing strategy is what my associates and I see as a logical extension of our primary service of providing practical market development strategies for our large and mid-size clients,” Woodcock said.

AIMS Worldwide is an emerging leader in designing, developing and managing one-to-one marketing solutions at the lowest possible cost to large and mid-sized businesses. The company is accelerating its growth by targeting and acquiring a group of media and marketing communication services companies. AIMS recently completed its purchase of Prime Time Cable, Inc.’s cable television and broadband service business in Central Florida. The company also has letters of intent to acquire Target America, Inc., an online research and data mining business; a Washington, DC-based public affairs firm and a New York City-based public relations firm.
