Target America acquired by Blackbaud

FAIRFAX, Va.— MARKETWire — May 13, 2010 — AIMS Worldwide, Inc. (OTC BB: AMWW), a marketing services company providing clients with integrated, impactful, cost-effective and measurable solutions, announced today it has sold Target America, one of its operating businesses, to Blackbaud, Inc., the global leading provider of software and services to nonprofits.

Target America operations will be combined with the Target Analytics division of Blackbaud, which provides wealth screening, benchmarking, data services and prospect research solutions to nonprofits.

Operations at Target America will continue as both companies develop plans to merge operations in the coming months and meet with clients to develop enhanced solutions best suited to their needs.
