AIMS Worldwide Completes Sale of Prime Time Broadband; Elects New Board Chairman

FAIRFAX, Va.— (BUSINESS WIRE) — June 13, 2007 — AIMS Worldwide, Inc. (OTC BB: AMWW), a vertically integrated marketing communications consultancy providing organizations with focused marketing solutions, today announced that it has completed the sale of Prime Time Broadband, Inc. to Prime Time Cable, Inc. of Orlando, Florida.

In addition, AIMS announced that it has appointed B. Joseph Vincent as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

“Joe Vincent has served as Vice Chairman of the Board since the inception of AIMS,” said Gerald Garcia Jr., President and CEO. “It is our great pleasure to have a professional with Joe’s credentials to assume the role of Chairman of the Company. Joe is a terrific strategist, the perfect partner and a professional in the true sense of the word.”

Mr. Vincent will remain “chief strategy officer” of AIMS Worldwide in assuming the chairmanship of the Board of Directors. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of IPG-Integrated Power Group, PLC; BestLine Research international, Inc., Kool House Publishing, Inc. and other companies, institutions and organizations.

The sale of Prime Time Broadband completes a planned, two-phase exit from the private cable industry, Garcia said. AIMS formed Prime Time Broadband in February 2005 with the purchase of substantially all of the private cable assets owned by William J. Strickler, founder of Prime Time Cable.

AIMS served more than 3,000 homes in the Orlando area with cable TV and High Speed Internet access before recently selling a majority of its cable properties to Ygnition Networks. Approximately 1,000 homes continued to receive private cable service from Prime Time after the Ygnition transaction. Even though AIMS has sold Prime Time Broadband, Inc., the Company retains certain marketing rights with Ygnition.

“AIMS decided some time ago to focus all of its resources on the core marketing service business and with this transaction we all look forward to an exciting future providing integrated, targeted marketing solutions to corporate, public sector and government clients,” said Chris Petersen, President & CEO of AIMS Interactive, the parent company of Prime Time Broadband and a wholly owned subsidiary of AIMS Worldwide.

“I eagerly look forward to once again being a private cable operator in the Orlando area,” said William J. Strickler, President of Prime Time Cable. “I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working with AIMS. They have put together an outstanding management team with vision and purpose and I am sure we’ll be working together in some capacity in the future.”

Strickler is a private cable industry pioneer who is credited with developing the nation’s first fiber optic cable system in 1986. He also was the general manager of Orlando’s Hunters Creek Cable, one of private cable’s success stories in the 1990s, before selling it to Time Warner.
