 Gerald Garcia Jr., Chairman and CEO
Gerald Garcia has been president and chief executive of AIMS Worldwide, Inc. since its inception, and has more than 35 years experience in media and the marketing communications business, including senior editorial and executive management positions for Capital Cities and Gannett. Mr. Garcia was on the USA Today launch team and supervised the operation of the USA Today print site in Phoenix. He is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists’ Hall of Fame.
Thomas W. Cady, President and COO
Tom Cady brings to AIMS an extensive background in marketing and information technology. He has in-depth general management, sales and marketing leadership experience, developed over thirty years in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments. After beginning his career at Xerox and IBM, Mr. Cady held several leadership positions, including, president of XO Business Services, chief marketing officer for XO Communications and Adelphia Communications, president/COO & co-founder of BroadStreet Communications, and president & CEO of two early stage software companies. Most recently, he served as a consultant to venture capital firms with focus on the technology industry. During his career, Mr. Cady has led several organizations through various stages of their growth cycle. These growth initiatives resulted in several new technologies being introduced to market with successful outcomes, including IPO and sale / merger transactions.
 Patrick J. Summers, Chief Financial Officer
Patrick Summers has served as the CFO of the company since late 2002. He is a highly regarded business management and accounting consultant in the Washington, DC area and has served clients in many business sectors. Mr. Summers served as vice president for Operations and later as CFO at News USA, Inc. during a 10-year association with the public relations services company. Mr. Summers holds a Master of Science degree in management theory and management systems.
 B. Joseph Vincent, Chairman Emeritus and Chief Strategist
Joe Vincent, a founding partner of AIMS Worldwide, is an experienced strategist and senior general management executive with 35+ years of entrepreneur-driven, profit-oriented background in marketing, sales, strategic planning, merger and acquisitions, operations, administration, finance and capital development in industry sectors ranging from technologies, services, real estate, retail and hospitality. Mr. Vincent also serves as strategist, consultant, “of counsel” advisor and member of the board of directors of select corporations, foundations and institutions.
 AliceAnn Toole, Vice President and Director of Marketing
AliceAnn Toole joined AIMS as VP and director of marketing late in 2002. She blends real world, hands-on experience with an outstanding track record of successful marketing, public relations, publicity and events development and management. Her expertise includes crafting innovative national award-winning public relations and publicity campaigns for clients in aeronautics, science and technology, telecom, nonprofit, healthcare, public and social policy issues, e-commerce and educational training.
 Joe Saunders, President, AIMS Interactive; Executive Vice President and General Manager, AIMSolutions
Joe Saunders brings more than 16 years of leadership, sales and product management experience in delivering marketing solutions, data products and management consulting to consumer products, financial services, franchises, retail and not-for-profit companies. Most recently, he was responsible for international business development and new market expansion for Digital Envoy, the leading IP intelligence company. Prior, he led new market development, including launching new solutions, at TARGUS info where he helped the company increase its revenue five-fold in six years.
Mr. Saunders founded Audiopoint, a speech IVR ASP serving financial services, ISPs, call center and marketing companies. He previously was a management consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers (Coopers & Lybrand).

Tony Mikes, Chairman

Tony Mikes is the founder and managing director of Second Wind Network, a network of 800+ agencies worldwide that allows members to share critically needed business information and systems. Mr. Mikes has 25 years of experience owning and managing advertising agencies and graphic design studios and is actively involved in the advertising community as a management consultant, agency management workshop facilitator, speaker and author.
Art Stevens, Chairman
AIMS Public Relations Group
Art Stevens serves as the chairman and is “Of Counsel” and top strategist of AIMS Public Relations Group. Mr. Stevens is the Managing Partner of StevensGould Partners, a firm specializing in counseling PR executives and is past President of the New York Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.
David A. Woodcock, Jr., Chairman
AIMS Strategy and Planning Group
David Woodcock enjoys a reputation as an innovative entrepreneur and corporate leader. Among many accomplishments, he developed NFL Properties, served as president of Harrell International — developer and marketer of new products such as Formula 409 — and was active in the growth of Inc Magazine. He was president of Harrell Woodcock Linkletter, a private strategic planning and investment partnership acquired by AIMS in 2005.
